Tyler Reid-Dooling has just completed his Cookery (NCEA Level 2) course at the EmployNZ Tauranga Campus. Tyler found the cookery course to be an amazing experience and said it helped build his self-confidence with learning and furthering his social skills. He loved making some great new friends in class. What Tyler enjoyed about the course was all the practical learning, different cooking techniques, and methods, like knife handling skills and plating techniques, and described his tutors as amazing and helpful.
