Hospitality Programmes

Gain skills for retail, tourism, or customer service in the hospitality industry while working towards your NCEA Level 2.

Then, our Cafe Skills course will take you to the next level of customer service, front-of-house, coffee making, counter and table service and the general skills needed to be an asset in the Hospitality sector.

Our Level 2 Hospitality Skills and our Level 2 Cookery courses are full time, 26 week, NCEA Vocational Pathway programmes and our Level 3 Cafe Skills is a full time NZ Certficate programme which runs for 14 weeks, including a work placement in a local cafe.

Cafe Skills – NZ Cert Level 3

Gain real-world café experience while working towards your NCEA Level 3. Learn essential barista, food preparation, and customer service skills in a hands-on café environment.

Cookery – NCEA Level 2

Gain cooking and service skills while working towards your NCEA Level 2. Learn the essential cooking and service skills that you’ll need to work in a commercial cooking environment.

Hospitality Skills – NCEA Level 2

Gain skills for retail, tourism, or customer service in the hospitality industry while working towards your NCEA Level 2. This course also leads into a NZ Certificate in Food & Beverage Service – Level 3.
