Employment Services

If you are a Work and Income client, and receive a NZ benefit, we provide a fully funded employment service to help you get the job you want and support you as you get to know the business and settle in. Receive one on one support from our experienced employment consultants who will help you uncover your strengths and identify your challenges.

Our Employment Consultants are mobile and are quite often at workplaces or based throughout the communities in local venues.

We offer these services in:

  • Auckland – Waitakere, Westgate and Helensville
  • Waikato – Rural Districts
  • Tauranga City

Employment Service – Journey to Work

Auckland

Journey to Work is a 26 Week Employment Programme for those with a Health Condition, an Injury, or a Disability. Our Employment Consultants provide flexible, tailored support and tools to help you achieve your goal of employment.

Our Journey to Work Service Includes:

  • A health professional assessment to develop strategies for managing health barriers to employment
  • An Individual Employment Pathway Plan
  • A Comprehensive CV and cover letter practice
  • Interview coaching
  • Goal setting and coaching
  • Job seeking, application, and placement support
  • Upskilling courses including Drivers License support
  • 6-month pastoral care supports once employed

You are eligible for this programme if you have been living with a disability or health condition for longer than 6 months, (and are aged between 16 – 64 years)

Employment Preparation Placement Programme

West Auckland

EPPP is an up to 12 week Employment Programme for those who are work ready. Our Employment Consultants provide flexible, tailored support and tools to help you achieve your goal of employment.

Our EPPP services include:

  • An Individual Development Plan
  • A Comprehensive CV and cover letter practice
  • Interview coaching
  • Goal setting and coaching
  • Job seeking, application, and placement support
  • Upskilling courses including Drivers License support

Building Capability To Employment (BCTE)

Waikato – Rural Districts

If you’re work ready, or need some support with upskilling or confidence, we provide one on one support from experienced Employment Consultants to achieve your employment goals.

Our BCTE Service Includes:

  • CV and cover letter
  • Interview coaching
  • Goal setting and coaching
  • Job seeking, application, and placement support
  • Funded upskilling such as LCQ, Drivers Licenses, Barista training and more
