Journey to Work is a 26 Week Employment Programme for those with a Health Condition, an Injury, or a Disability. Our Employment Consultants provide flexible, tailored support and tools to help you achieve your goal of employment.
Our Journey to Work Service Includes:
- A health professional assessment to develop strategies for managing health barriers to employment
- An Individual Employment Pathway Plan
- A Comprehensive CV and cover letter practice
- Interview coaching
- Goal setting and coaching
- Job seeking, application, and placement support
- Upskilling courses including Drivers License support
- 6-month pastoral care supports once employed
You are eligible for this programme if you have been living with a disability or health condition for longer than 6 months, (and are aged between 16 – 64 years)
