If you are a Work and Income client, and receive a NZ benefit, we provide a fully funded employment service to help you get the job you want and support you as you get to know the business and settle in. Receive one on one support from our experienced employment consultants who will help you uncover your strengths and identify your challenges.
Our Employment Consultants are mobile and are quite often at workplaces or based throughout the communities in local venues.
We offer these services in:
- Auckland – Waitakere, Westgate and Helensville
- Waikato – Rural Districts
- Tauranga City
Building Capability To Employment (BCTE)
Waikato – Rural Districts
If you’re work ready, or need some support with upskilling or confidence, we provide one on one support from experienced Employment Consultants to achieve your employment goals
Our BCTE Service Includes;
Individual development plan
CV and cover letter
Interview coaching
Goal setting and coaching
Job seeking, application, and placement support
Funded upskilling such as LCQ, Drivers Licenses, Barista training and more

Employment Service - Journey to Work
Auckland – Waitakere & Westgate / Tauranga City
A specialist programme for people with a disability, injury or health condition. The one on one training and support you receive is designed to help you identify your strengths, plan for a new career and grow in confidence.
Our Journey to Work Service Includes;
- Individual Employment Pathway Plan
- Structured Assessment to identify Employability Skills
- CV | Cover Letters
- Interview Coaching
- Goal Setting and Coaching
- Job Seeking, Application, and Placement Support
- Funded Upskilling
You are eligible for this programme if you have been living with a disability or health condition for longer than 6 months, (and are aged between 16 – 64 years)
